Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or offer 
refunds for change of mind, incorrect 
size selection, or items that do not 
meet personal expectations.

Refunds or replacements are granted 
ONLY under the following conditions:

・The item received is materially 
  different from what was ordered
・The item arrives damaged or 
  defective upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within 
48 hours of delivery confirmation 
with photo or video evidence clearly 
showing the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any 
claim that does not meet the above 
requirements.
