are subject to change without notice. 
In the event of a pricing error or 
inaccuracy, we reserve the right 
to cancel any affected orders.

3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
A purchase contract is formed upon 
our sending of an order confirmation 
email. We reserve the right to cancel 
orders due to stock unavailability, 
in which case we will notify you 
promptly.

4. PAYMENT
Payment must be made via credit card, 
or other methods designated by the Site. 
Orders will not be fulfilled until 
payment is confirmed.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the Site for any 
unlawful purpose, engage in fraudulent 
activity, or infringe upon any 
intellectual property rights including 
copyrights and trademarks.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by 
applicable law, we shall not be liable

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by 
and construed in accordance with 
the laws of Japan. Any disputes 
arising under these Terms shall be 
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction 
of the Tokyo District Court as the 
court of first instance.
